WishFresh is committed to providing a fair and an amazing shopping experience that comes with an excellent customer service. If for any reason you think we didn’t meet the expected 5-star customer service during your order, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of shipment provided that the item is still in its new, unused condition with original packaging.

You must contact us at support@wishfresh.com before any return/exchange of products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without adequate communication prior to return.

Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy Guide as outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 6 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at support@wishfresh.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

2. Processing Time

Processing time refers to the duration of designing or preparing for shipping. Some of our items require 16 to 22 days processing time. Such items include handmade leather shoes, leather belts, special design jewelleries, among others.

3. Custom Designed Items Return and Refund Policy

Return policy on custom designed items is very strict. Why? Because such products are hand-made and painted. They are couture-level creations, each having a unique hue and polish. Note, however, that color may differ slightly from the photo on our website. We request you to be thorough with your choices. Please try your best to provide us with an accurate description and we will try our best to meet your needs.

4. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for wrong style, size or color if proven that it was our fault. We will ship the correct item and also cover the return cost. If the fault is on your part, charges will apply including return shipping cost and re-shelfing fees.

5. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. The shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
