Why do you require people to sign up for an account?

We want to make your shopping experience with us quick, easy, and convenient.

By signing up for a free membership account, you don’t have to keep typing in your shipping and billing information each time you place your order. These are automatically filled so you complete your order in fewer clicks.

You can also browse and save items so that you can complete your order at a later time. That means you don’t have to repeat the entire process from scratch. Just remember that saving an item in your account doesn’t guarantee its availability or its price.

And if it just happens that the item you want is already sold out, you can request us to let you know via email when it’s available again so that you can complete your order.

Placing an Order

What countries do you currently ship orders?

We’re currently able to ship to customers in Canada and the United States.

Can I order from you even if I don’t live in the US or Canada?

Yes, you can still place an order with the help of a mail-forwarding company. Just put in the U.S. address they give you and we’ll send your product over to them so that they, in turn, can ship it to where you’re at. Take note that your mail-forwarding company may charge you shipping fees and other fees on top of the domestic fee we charge.

Also, your mail-forwarding company reserves the right not to ship the products you ordered from us based on their set of regulations and guidelines. We’ll not be able to refund you when this happens, so make sure to first check with your mail-forwarding company if there will be any problems. I’ve tried adding one of your products to my Shopping Cart, but I’m not seeing it there. What’s wrong?

When this happens, it means that the item you want to buy is already sold out. The good news is that we regularly restock our products, so check back our site from time to time to see if it’s available.

I want to pay using bank transfer. How long will it take before I receive confirmation about my order?

Bank transfers take 1-2 business days to reflect on our records. Once your payment clears, we’ll send you a confirmation email that your payment cleared and your order is on its way.

Don’t worry about your order. We’ll put the item(s) on hold so that they won’t get sold out.

Order Status

How can I check the status of my order?

I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What’s wrong?

It’s possible that your confirmation email may have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder, so please check to see if it’s there.

If you paid for your order through our bank transfer option, you’ll receive your confirmation email as soon as your payment clears our account. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

I placed my order during the weekend. When should I expect to receive it?

We process all orders we get during the weekend the next business day. For more details about estimated delivery times, please visit our About Shipping page.

My order was cancelled. Why did this happen?

Our system will automatically cancel your order if we’re not able to verify the billing information on your order. Please contact your credit card company to check this and create a new order again.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we process your order, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package while in transit.

What if I’m not at home when my package arrives?

If you’re not sure if you’ll be available to receive your package, please email us at [email protected] with the name and relationship of the person you’re authorizing to receive the package on your behalf so we can inform the courier.

I haven’t received my package yet, but when I checked using the tracking number, it’s saying that it’s already delivered. Help!

Please check your confirmation email to make sure that the shipping address here is correct. If it is, please send us an email along with a screenshot of the status so that we can begin an investigation with the courier company to find your package.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

What is return and exchange policy?

Our products are valid for returns and exchanges within 14 days from the shipping date for as long as it’s still new, unused and in its original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

When can I expect to receive my refund?

It takes about 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned items to credit your bank account if you paid using bank transfer, and 1-2 billing cycles if you used a credit card.
