First and foremost, we are sorry that the item is defective, and rest assured that we will immediately deal with such incidents. However, we also need help on your end.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Second: Please take a photo of the defective item and then send the picture to us by email, so we can forward it to our Technical Director. After she checks and agrees that the item is indeed defective, we will replace it and add to your next order for free.

Third: All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But to compensate for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will provide some more discounts on the next order.

How to deal with an item that needs to be returned because of custom or personal dislike:

First: Email the reason for returning the goods to us.

Second: Please pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee in advance.

Third: We will issue a refund after assessing the item you returned.
