1. Packaging and shipping
We ship by International couriers depending on your package, size, and quantity. Usually, we use DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, EMS, and TNT. We may ship your products by sea based on the total amount and country you live in.
2. Could we have any discount on postage?
Yes, we have International Express shipping; however, some of our products require production and processing time. Consequently, our express shipping does not guarantee 2 – 3 days delivery for such items. We can use FedEx, UPS or USPS and have the products shipped to anywhere in the world within 9 working days. It will take 9-13 business days by EMS, and 7-11 business days by DHL, depending on the country you live in.
3. We are not responsible for any loss or stolen packages once we ship and provide you the tracking number. If you are unable to track your package, please contact the courier company before contacting us.
- We are not responsible for your country/state’s customs law and clearance.
- We are not responsible if wrong shipping address was provided by the customer.
- We do not ship to PO BOX addresses
4. How to calculate postage cost/shipping fee
The weight calculation and postage normally depend on quantity, destination, and country or state’s import policy. Bulk buyers usually save more on shipping cost.
For some countries, free standard shipping will apply. However, this is not a promise as it depends on which country you live in. For example, some express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. The heavier the package, the cheaper the shipping cost per kilogram.
5. About the delivery time
After you place an order, we check it first, calculate and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. If you are a regular and/or returning customer, we will prioritize your order and get the items we have in stock ready for you first. We will then send the invoice to you, including the accurate postage cost. After you pay, we will ship your order within three working days. If you are a new BB (bulk buyer), we can ship your order within four business days after production time.
6. Is it possible to know the shipping cost before placing an order?
The shipping cost depends on weight, courier (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. It is not easy for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order. You can choose your shipping company if you are a bulk buyer, and we will check if that is feasible from our end. Otherwise, we will suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Should you be aware of your local taxes and import duties?
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in your state or country, and that cost is not included in the prices shown on our website. The buyers or recipients are responsible for all such taxes and stamp duties. Our products are sold in multiple countries. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products meet import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs guideline before ordering.
8. How to reduce import tax
Any taxes and import duty charges are the buyer’s responsibility. To ensure that you’ll receive your order with reduced tax or free upon import, it is up to you as a purchaser to declare it as a SAMPLE or GIFT. Try to determine what will work best for you. If you do not want the price to show the total amount you paid or the market value of the product, it may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If you need to use the actual value or for any other requests, please write down the information under “Notes” when you complete the order.
9. Is there any extra charge from WishFresh?
We do not charge any additional fee other than the actual wholesale or retail price and agreed on shipping cost. However, we won’t be responsible for any transaction fees from a bank, PayPal or any payment platform that you are going to use for your purchase. Again, the item price does not include custom tax fees. We’ll try our best to help our customers to minimize customs tax, but due to variations in custom tax policies, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax.
10. Why are there instances when I can’t check on the website of express after receiving the tracking number?
Sometimes express encounters delay on updating their information on the website. Please be patient and allow some time before checking the status of your order.
